Affiliate Hub is not a party to transactions between affiliates and advertisers and does not guarantee campaign performance or earnings.
4. Account Registration & Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users are responsible for all activities performed under their account.

Affiliate Hub is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
5. Affiliate Terms
5.1 Permitted Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote campaigns using lawful methods, including:

Websites and blogs

Social media platforms

Email marketing (opt-in only)

Content and influencer marketing
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:

Use fake, incentivized, or automated traffic

Engage in spam, misleading, or deceptive promotions

Perform self-referrals or artificial conversions

Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or cloaking

Violate advertiser rules or third-party platform policies
Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent termination.
6. Advertiser Terms
6.1 Campaign Responsibilities
Advertisers must:

Provide accurate campaign details

Define clear conversion criteria

Fund campaigns adequately

Approve or reject conversions fairly and timely
6.2 Campaign Review
Affiliate Hub reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate platform policies or pose risk.
7. Tracking, Conversions & Payments
7.1 Tracking
Affiliate Hub provides tracking tools; however:

Tracking accuracy depends on technical implementation

Affiliate Hub is not responsible for tracking failures caused by third parties, browsers, or device limitations
7.2 Conversion Approval

Some campaigns require manual approval

Fraudulent or invalid conversions will not be paid

Affiliate Hub’s records are final for dispute resolution
7.3 Payouts

8. Fees

9. Fraud, Abuse & Enforcement
Affiliate Hub enforces strict anti-fraud policies.
Confirmed abuse may result in:

Affiliate Hub’s decisions regarding fraud and enforcement are final.
10. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Affiliate Hub shall not be liable for:
